Travel & Accommodation Details
Flow kicks off at 5pm sharp on Thursday, June 19 and concludes at
5pm on Saturday, June 21. To ensure you arrive on time and can fully enjoy
the experience, please plan your travel accordingly.
✈️ Arrival: Fly into Cabo the morning of June 19 or, ideally, on June 18 to settle in comfortably.
✈️ Departure: Plan to fly out on June 22, as the event wraps up at 5pm on the June 21.
🏨 Hotel Stay: Your room is reserved from June 19 to June 22 (checkout on the June 22). If you're arriving on June 18, let us know—we'll do our best to accommodate an extra night's stay.

TRANSPORTATION:
We will be providing transportation from the airport on June 19 with designated shuttle times. If you arrive outside of these scheduled shuttles, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation, such as a local taxi.
