At Flow Events, each ticket purchased secures your spot and directly contributes to the overall experience,

including venue costs, catering, materials, and other event logistics. Because every ticket counts

toward these fixed expenses,we do not offer refunds on any event registrations.

Refunds are only issued if requested at least 30 days prior to the event. 

Why No Refunds?

Unlike other services, event planning is structured around headcounts. Once your spot is reserved, resources

are allocated, and commitments are made on your behalf—whether you attend or not. Every ticket contributes to

covering the overhead required to create an exceptional experience.

Transfers & Credits:

While refunds are not available, you have two options if you can’t attend:

1) Ticket Transfer – You may transfer your ticket to another person.

Please notify us at [email protected] at least 30 days before

the event. Additionally, a warm introduction must be provided so we can

meet with the recipient and ensure they align appropriately with the group.

2) Future Event Credit – You may apply your ticket to an upcoming Flow Event.

Simply reach out to our team 30 days before the event  to make arrangements..
